Preventable adverse events, including deaths, among children admitted to hospital, can be decreased/eliminated with knowledge, policies, and processes in place. This project will improve pediatric quality of care and safety internationally by way of provision of on-site, hands-on teaching, workshops, group lectures, and on-going evaluations to ensure improvements are sustainable.
