Are you a McMaster student/recent graduate and/or team working on a voluntary, social enterprise or environmental project that you would like to scale up, develop, and build? Does it directly address one or more of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals? McMaster will be nominating one student-led project to represent McMaster University in the global final U21 RISE awards competition.
The World’s Challenge Challenge 2019 Learn More
McMaster University is pleased to announce participation in The World’s Challenge Challenge (WCC) 2019 McMaster Competition. The WCC is an annual global competition open to all undergraduate and graduate McMaster students. Participants will make a 5 – 7 minute presentation in teams of 3 on a solution to a specific global issue as identified in the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (also known as The Global Goals). We encourage your team to bring together individuals from diverse backgrounds and areas of study; teams will be advantaged by incorporating multi-disciplinary approaches.
International Initiatives Micro-Fund (IIMF) Learn More
Attention McMaster Researchers: The IIMF is intended to provide small investments in first-time international research contacts or initiatives, typically originated by individual faculty members. It is meant to reduce the threshold to international research activities and serve as seed funding, ideally leading to joint projects and international partnerships.
