Translated, adapted, and validated the EDI for use in Jordan. Collect EDI data in 2013, 2014 and planned 2018 implementation on children in primary school to evaluate the state of developmental health and the differences across jurisdictions and demographic factors.
Impact
This ongoing project collects data onthe developmental health of children in Jordan and examines differences across regions and demographics factors. The outcomes will provide insight to inform public policies, curriculum, and where regional disparities exist.
Student Experience
Students had the opportunity to assist with various aspect of the project, such as data analyses, literature reviews, and creation of technical reports. This opportunity helped to inform students’ understanding of international partnerships while furthering their research skills.
