Pharmacists from Oncology Centers/Cancer treatment facilities globally are being requested to complete the ISOPP Standards audit tool to identify level of adherence. This will be repeated early in 2018 when the next iteration of the ISOPP Standards are expected to be published. The results of the audits will form a basis for advocacy activities between ISOPP and UICC to address deficiencies identified.
