The group, based at the University of Exeter but with partners from six countries, has so far conducted workshops at Exeter in 2015 and Philadelphia in 2016 and is working toward a third. The workshops bring together scholars from the traditions of critical theory and phenomenology to explore the social, psychological, and ontological conditions that underlie the experience of conflict in democratic life.
Impact
Several of the papers developed at the workshop have been published individually and the group is now working toward a collective publication.
