Welcome to the Office of International Affairs’ second Impact Report! We present this report following the release of McMaster University’s Global Engagement Strategy 2025-2030 that seeks transformational outcomes for McMaster’s global engagement. Our strategy consists of seven global engagement goals that align with three transformational outcomes.
The OIA, in collaboration with the International Strategic Advisory Committee (ISAC), provides an institutional holistic, coordinated, and structured approach to strategy implementation. In this impact report, we report on the OIA achievements and initiatives as they relate to the strategy goals. While some of the initiatives address multiple goals, for the purposes of this report, we place each initiative under the most relevant goal.
