The delegation was led by Dr. HU Min, President of Guangzhou Sport University, who had research contact with McMaster faculties in kinesiology.

The delegation received warm welcome from Dr. Maureen MacDonald (Provost and Vice President Academic). During the fruitful meeting, they shared common interest in sports and health research. The group of sport science expertise also had an in-depth meeting with Keenan Jepesen (Director, Athletics& Recreation) and Trish Chant-Sehl (Associate Director, Recreation & Healthy Living) on collaboration in the areas of sport education, sport rehabilitation and specialized summer program with focus on sports and recreation. This is the second sport university from China that Keenan and Trish hosted.
Thanks to their tremendous support, Nanjing Sport Institute delegation they met last November arranged a group of students to our 2025 summer program. We look forward to developing international partnership collaboration in sport science.
