McMaster Op-Ed on Global Role of United Nations’ Pact for the Future
In his recent op-ed published in the Conversation, Bonny Ibhawoh discusses how the UN’s Pact for the Future could help heal a fractured world through reinvigorated multilateral collaboration offering new opportunities to address these global challenges.
He also wrote about McMaster’s commitment to be engaged in the priorities that are shaping the Pact for the Future and the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals through the upcoming McMaster Dialogues on Global Challenges initiative that will feature a series of expert roundtable discussions on these issues, set within the context of the Pact for the Future.
Summit of the Future 2024, held between 22-23 September in New York, is a high-level event, bringing world leaders together to forge a new international consensus on how we deliver a better present and safeguard the future.
