The Graduate Students Association (GSA) of McMaster University through their restaurant the Phoenix Crafthouse and Grill presents cuisine from around the world. Each week of MacGlobal there will be a different special featured from three different continents, Monday through Friday starting at 11am:
Week 1 starting October 22 – Europe: Homemade Spinach Fettuccine with Tiger Shrimp.
This dish is made with our very own in-house pasta and topped with a creamy fettuccine sauce and Tiger Shrimp.
Week 2 starting October 29 – Asia: Unagi Duck with Wild Rice and Sauteed Vegetables.
You’ll love this braised duck on a bed long grain wild rice and sauteed season veg!
Week 3 starting November 5 – South American: Ceviche Tostadas
Our homemade Ceviche served on top of crispy tostada chips!
