This project aims to design, implement, and standardize new cryptographic algorithms that can be used to secure communication against quantum computers. The outcomes of the project will include research papers describing the system, open source software, and candidate standardization documents.
Impact
The project will involve submission of the proposed design to a standardization effort of the United States National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
