Development, field-testing and validation of a tool to provide information on developmental indicators across countries for children 0-3 years

In the combined contexts of WHO urgency to measure child development beyond survival, Sustainable Development Goals Target 4, addressing child development, and faced with a lack of reliable, low-cost, and culturally acceptable measures of development for children under 3, theoretical framework was combined with existing data from 10 countries were used to develop, then field-test a measure in Pakistan, Malawi and Brazil.
